Deliveries are made from warehouse 4802 Strengelbach near Zofingen and Baar/ZG plus shipping costs.

The goods travel at the recipient's risk, but are insured for transport. Depending on the nature of the item, we ship via post or freight forwarding company.

Transport damage must be reported immediately to the post office or shipping company so that claims can be made

partial deliveries
Progrex Handels AG will endeavour, if possible, to deliver the entire order in one shipment. The buyer agrees to accept partial deliveries.

Failure by Progrex Handels AG to comply with delivery deadlines shall only entitle the buyer to withdraw from the contract if delivery has not been made even after the expiry of a written deadline of 7 days.

EXCEPTION: In the case of custom-made products and special orders, the purchase contract can no longer be withdrawn. In no case do delays in delivery give rise to claims for damages.
