The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
You can prevent cookies from being saved by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use the "Pinterest Conversion Tag" on our website, an analysis tool from Pinterest Inc., 505 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. This tool enables us to measure the effectiveness of our Pinterest ads and optimize our marketing strategies accordingly.
The Pinterest Conversion Tag allows us to track which actions users perform on our website after they have clicked on one of our Pinterest ads. For example, we can see whether users purchase products, sign up for our newsletter or perform other conversion-relevant actions after clicking on an ad.
The Pinterest Conversion Tag works by placing cookies and similar technologies on users' devices. These technologies collect information about users' browsing behavior and interactions with our ads and website. This includes data such as pages visited, time spent on the website, and actions performed.
If you do not want Pinterest to record and analyze your behavior on our website, you can adjust this in the settings of your Pinterest account or restrict the use of cookies in your browser.

We use the online advertising program "Google Ads" on our website and, as part of this, conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Ads Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your device. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page.
The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
You can prevent cookies from being saved by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

The customer acknowledges that, due to the applicable warranty provisions, the warranty is generally limited to repair or replacement of the defective/faulty products at the discretion of the respective manufacturer/supplier and is also only valid if the products remain in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Furthermore, the customer acknowledges that a defect only exists if it is reported in writing to Progrex Handels AG in detail immediately after discovery and contains a relevant and reproducible error. The warranty is excluded in particular for defects that are based on one of the following causes:

b) Failure to comply with the operating or installation instructions
c) improper use of the products
d) Use of unauthorized parts and accessories
e) natural wear and tear
f) Transport, improper handling or treatment

The buyer must pay for the transport and the associated costs to our domicile address. In both cases, the risk of shipping and proof of shipment rests with the buyer.
Mattresses: We provide a full guarantee on all legitimate material and product defects for 1 year from the date of manufacture. From the 2nd year onwards we provide a pro-rata guarantee on the mattress core. The guarantee claim is reduced by 10% per year from the date of manufacture (pro-rata guarantee for 10 years).
For hygienic reasons, it is recommended not to extend the service life of a mattress beyond 7-10 years.
Mattresses become slightly softer with use, so normal firmness variations are not covered by the guarantee.
Defects resulting from a poor, defective or unsuitable insert frame or base are not covered by the guarantee.
Quality mattresses sometimes have thick natural padding, which is compressed slightly during the first few months of use. This can cause slight wrinkles in the fabric, but this is completely normal and cannot be a cause for complaint.
Mattresses initially have a specific smell of their own. You don't need to worry because this smell is harmless in every respect and will disappear after a short time of use.
The following are not covered by the guarantee: normal wear and tear, the consequences of improper handling and use (e.g. failure to comply with the maximum weight load), transport damage or other damage such as tears, wrinkles, stains in the mattress fabric, torn handles, defective zips. Also not covered by the guarantee are transport, packaging and assembly costs, which are charged separately. No guarantee can be given on the mattress cover.
Warranty claims must be reported directly to our sales premises and can only be asserted upon presentation of the relevant invoice and item.
In the event of unjustified warranty claims, all expenses must be reimbursed to Progrex Handels AG. Any further liability in causal connection with our products must be rejected.
The delivered goods remain the property of Progrex Handels AG until the purchase price has been paid in full.
The place of jurisdiction for all legal relationships is the registered office of Progrex Handels AG. Swiss law applies exclusively.
Should one or more provisions of this contract be ineffective or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Any void or ineffective provisions of this contract shall be replaced by a valid provision that corresponds to the spirit and purpose of this contractual provision.
