Failure by Progrex Handels AG to comply with delivery deadlines shall only entitle the buyer to withdraw from the contract if delivery has not been made even after the expiry of a written deadline of 7 days.
EXCEPTION: In the case of custom-made products and special orders, the purchase contract can no longer be withdrawn.
In no event shall delays in delivery give rise to claims for damages.
goods inspection
Complaints must be notified to the seller in writing within 5 days. The date of the postmark is decisive. After this period, no complaints will be processed. Returns are at the buyer's expense.
Return and Exchange
Exchange or return of goods delivered in accordance with the contract is only possible after consultation. The buyer must return the goods at his own expense and with sufficient postage.
