  Sleeping is classified as a low Yin activity. The bedroom should therefore be in the back of the house or on the first floor. Colors should be used in the bedroom that are in harmony with the element of the year of birth of the residents. It should be comfortably furnished and create a pleasant atmosphere. In our latitudes, the bed itself should be aligned with the headboard facing magnetic north. The headboard itself should be made of solid wood. There should be a solid wall at the head of the bed and it should be at least one meter away from a window. The correct bed dimensions are extremely important.
